What to include

• Support: your macOS version, the Pluck version (shown at the bottom of the Settings window), and what you did and what happened.
• Refunds: the email address used at purchase, or your Lemon Squeezy order number. See the Refund Policy.
• Licence problems: your licence key, and the name of the Mac you are trying to activate.
• Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion, stopping use): write from the address you used with us, and say what you would like. See the Privacy Policy.

Please send only what is needed, and check screenshots and log excerpts before attaching them. Treat your licence key like a password — don't post it publicly.

How we handle your message

We use what you send only to answer you, investigate the issue, process refunds, verify licences, handle security matters and respond to legal claims. Support correspondence is deleted once the matter is closed and we no longer need it; records tied to a purchase are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Payment, invoicing and refund processing are carried out by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for purchases. Questions about a payment can also go to Lemon Squeezy directly using your receipt.

お知らせいただきたいこと

• サポート — macOS のバージョン、Pluck のバージョン（設定ウィンドウ下部に表示）、行った操作と実際に起きたこと。
• 返金 — 購入時のメールアドレス、または Lemon Squeezy の注文番号。返金ポリシーもご覧ください。
• ライセンスの不具合 — ライセンスキーと、有効化しようとしている Mac の名前。
• 個人情報に関するご請求（開示・訂正・削除・利用停止など） — 当方とのやり取りに用いたメールアドレスから、ご希望の内容を添えてご連絡ください。プライバシーポリシーもご覧ください。

必要な範囲に絞ってお送りください。スクリーンショットやログの抜粋は、内容をご確認のうえ添付してください。ライセンスキーはパスワードと同様に扱い、公開の場に掲載しないでください。

いただいた内容の取り扱い

お送りいただいた内容は、ご回答、問題の調査、返金対応、ライセンスの確認、セキュリティ対応、法的請求への対応にのみ利用します。やり取りは、対応が完了し保持する必要がなくなった時点で削除します。購入に紐づく記録は、税務・会計法令が求める期間保持します。詳細はプライバシーポリシーに記載しています。

決済、請求書の発行、返金処理は、購入取引の Merchant of Record である Lemon Squeezy が行います。決済に関するお問い合わせは、領収書から同社へ直接ご連絡いただくこともできます。
