14-day money-back guarantee. Not happy with Pluck? Ask within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full. No explanation required.

Try before you buy

Pluck includes a free 14-day trial with every feature unlocked, and no payment details are needed to start it. We would rather you tried it properly than bought it and asked for a refund — but if you did buy and it is not for you, the guarantee below applies.

The guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your licence, you may request a full refund within 14 days. The 14 days are counted from the date of purchase — the date on your Lemon Squeezy receipt — not from when you first installed or activated the App.

You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to prove anything.

How to request one

Either way works:

• Email us at [email protected] from the address you used at purchase, or quote your Lemon Squeezy order number. We aim to reply within a few business days.
• Use your Lemon Squeezy receipt to contact the seller directly about the order.

How the refund is processed

• Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for the purchase. We do not hold your payment details and cannot move money ourselves; we instruct the refund and Lemon Squeezy carries it out.
• The money goes back to the payment method you used. It can take some days to appear — the delay is on your card issuer's or payment provider's side, not something we or Lemon Squeezy control.
• Any tax charged at checkout is refunded together with the price.

What happens to your licence

Once a purchase is refunded, the licence key that came with it is no longer yours to use, and we may disable it. When a key is disabled, the App returns to its unlicensed state the next time it re-validates online. Your trial does not restart, and your rules and settings stay on your Mac.

After 14 days

We may decline a refund requested more than 14 days after purchase. Even then, please write to us — if something is broken, we would rather fix it or make it right than leave you with software that does not work.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any right you have under mandatory law — including consumer-protection law in your country of residence — to cancel, withdraw from, or obtain a refund for a purchase. Where such a right applies, it applies regardless of the 14-day window above.

Other situations

• Lemon Squeezy may refund on its own initiative. As Merchant of Record it may reverse a payment under its own terms — for example to resolve a chargeback or a suspected-fraud case — with or without a request from you.
• Chargebacks. If you open a dispute with your bank instead of contacting us, Lemon Squeezy handles it under its process, and the licence key will be disabled. Emailing us first is usually faster.
• Abuse. We may decline a refund where the refund process is being abused — for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same key or the same account, or a refund request made after the key has been shared or resold. This is aimed at abuse, not at ordinary customers changing their mind.

Pluck には、すべての機能が使える14日間の無料試用が付いており、開始に支払い情報は不要です。購入して返金を申請いただくより、まず十分にお試しいただくことをおすすめします。とはいえ、購入後に合わないと感じられた場合は、以下の保証が適用されます。

返金保証の内容

購入したライセンスにご満足いただけない場合、購入から14日以内であれば全額返金を申請できます。14日間は、インストール日や有効化日ではなく、購入日（Lemon Squeezy の領収書に記載された日付）から起算します。

理由の説明も、証明も必要ありません。

申請方法

どちらの方法でも構いません。

• メールでご連絡 — 購入時のメールアドレスから [email protected] 宛にご連絡いただくか、Lemon Squeezy の注文番号をお知らせください。数営業日以内の返信を目指します。
• Lemon Squeezy の領収書から、当該注文について販売者へ直接ご連絡いただくこともできます。

返金処理の流れ

• 返金は、購入取引の Merchant of Record である Lemon Squeezy が行います。当方は支払い情報を保有しておらず、自ら送金することはできません。当方が返金を指示し、Lemon Squeezy が処理します。
• 返金先は、お支払いに使用された決済手段です。着金までに数日かかる場合があります。これはカード発行会社や決済事業者側の処理によるもので、当方や Lemon Squeezy が制御できるものではありません。
• チェックアウト時に加算された税額も、代金とあわせて返金されます。

返金後のライセンスの扱い

返金が行われた購入に付随するライセンスキーは、以後ご利用いただけません。当方は当該キーを無効化することがあります。無効化されたキーは、次回のオンライン再検証時に、アプリが未ライセンス状態に戻ります。試用期間が再開することはありません。ルールと設定は端末内にそのまま残ります。

14日を過ぎた場合

購入から14日を過ぎた返金申請は、お断りすることがあります。その場合でも、まずはご連絡ください。不具合が原因であれば、返金の可否にかかわらず、修正または適切な対応を行いたいと考えています。

法令上の権利

本保証は、強行法規（利用者の居住国の消費者保護法を含む）に基づく解除・撤回・返金の権利に付加して提供されるものであり、これらを制限しません。そうした権利が適用される場合、上記の14日間の枠にかかわらず適用されます。

その他の場合

• Lemon Squeezy が独自に返金することがあります。同社は Merchant of Record として、利用者からの申請の有無にかかわらず、チャージバックの解決や不正の疑いへの対応など、同社の規約に基づいて決済を取り消すことがあります。
• チャージバック — 当方にご連絡いただく代わりに、カード会社等へ異議を申し立てられた場合、Lemon Squeezy が同社の手続に従って対応し、ライセンスキーは無効化されます。多くの場合、当方へ直接ご連絡いただくほうが早く解決します。
• 不正利用 — 返金制度が濫用されている場合（同一のキーやアカウントで購入と返金が繰り返されている場合、キーを共有・再販した後の返金申請など）、返金をお断りすることがあります。これは濫用への対応であり、通常のお客様の心変わりを対象とするものではありません。
